You are responsible for your own choices and actions. By joining a Mystery Served activity, you take full responsibility for your health and safety. You agree that Mystery Served LLC and its partners are not liable for any issues that happen before, during, or after the event.
Respectful Conduct
Please be respectful at every venue. We want everyone to have a great time and make good memories. We review security footage if there are reports of bad behavior or intoxication. If a guest acts poorly, they will not receive a refund. We also replace any restaurant that has ongoing issues.
Food, Allergies & Personal Responsibility
Our menus are set and hard to change. If you have dietary needs, email us after booking. We will try our best but cannot guarantee every request. Most stops can serve vegetarians, but we cannot fully provide kosher or vegan meals. You may order other items from the regular menu at your own cost. We cannot guarantee an allergen‑free environment. Please use your own judgment and tell us about any medical concerns. You are responsible for picking safe food and drinks.
